And mine, all PSA; blem pistol lower, nitrided lightweight 10.5" barrelled upper with M-Lok handguard, and Sig brace, KAK mini-flash can and no name BUIS. Custom paint by yours truly.

There are quite a few different muzzle devices that work in a similar manner to push the blast forward.
Google "Linear Compensator"

The KAK Flash Can is popular because it is dirt cheap at $30 and seems to work adequately.
