You can't reason with these people, see Tucker Carlson last night? That woman is the type of wacko that are in our courts today. Totally unhinged and logic challenged. They simply rule with their George Soros talking points.

We must defeat these people, run them into the ground as they are complete mental defects.

College and universities now exclusively teach how to become a psychopath, because the entire left is just that

The Left hung their hat on the 1939 Miller decision for decades. A decision that required mental and legal gymnastics to support, but which nonetheless specifically mentioned weapons of war being protected under the 2nd Amendment.

Now that they perceive a tiny opening made by Heller, they are trying to drive an 18 wheel truck through it.

They have NO legislative power, however, these are hard core, demented leftists who think that Coequal branch of Gov means they can legislate from bench.....Its completely warped what they think, but unfortunately, The OMAO, who is absolutely an enemy of the state, had 8 freaking years to pack these courts with radicals and he did just that.

In addition he poisoned every Federal agency with the same type sick sychophants and we will pay the price of it......Its not hyperbole to say the election of Trump saved the Republic, but it's just temporary if we allow a Leftist ever again take POTUS.....They also must be purged from Congress, they are evil and they have bad intentions for America.

I think our Founding Fathers would have turned this judge into fertilizer.

SCOTUS left the door wide open for states to ban certain firearms within the family of larger groups, ie "handguns & long guns"

    Shocked I am not.

So.....if the (supposedly) purpose of 2a is such that it only (supposedly) applies to a militia....why wouldn't a militia have weapons of war?
