    Default B.O.G.O. - Glock 19

For me BOGO has always meant "Buy One Get One" free at Weis markets.

Every Sunday morning before church we would peruse the online flier and head to Weis Market after church.

Today that has taken on a whole new meaning.
It now means "Brotherhood of Glock Owners" since we purchased our first Glock today - a Glock 19 (LNIB G19 3rg Gen with Bianchi IWB holster.)

First a thank you to all those that responded to my G19 3rd Gen vs. G19 4th Gen thread that allowed me to hear about the differences and what their thoughts and feelings are about these two.

Second a thank you to Craig Dostic Firearms Sales for a great price and great service.

BTW, he is selling 33 capacity mags that fit all Glock 19 handguns.
He said they are Asian made for a government over there that switched to Glock.
He said what he has seen there has not been a single failure.
And when I held one up against my Glock 19 (Did I tell you I bought a Glock!!!) original manufactured mag - they looked exactly identical except for the length.
So if anyone wants to check into one of these mags let me know and I will provide Craig's phone number and email address.
I am thinking he is asking between $25-30 for these high cap mags.
    He lives in Sullivan County.

    Thanks again for the advice!

    God bless!!

Those KCI mags go for around $15 at gun shows.

I would purchase one for fun, at the range. I would absolutely never trust my life to carrying an asian magazine in my glock. They have high failure rates, i've done the research. The research has shown me that I will not even buy these things for range use they are so often pieces of crap. I will avoid the sheer frustration and money/time wasted on them and purchase factory magazines only.

BTW, congratulations on the Glock 19. I'm looking to pick one up myself in the near future. Either a Gen 3 RTF2 G19 or a Gen 4 G19.

The Glock 19 is absolutely everything they are advertised to be!

We bought our Gock 19 on Dec 31, 2011.

Here it is 3 weeks later, and I finally get a chance to shoot it (work OT and working the Farm Show).

The feel in the hand is very natural, not bulky and not heavy with a nice non-abrasive texture.

The first 10 shots were single handed and it was awesome!

    We have a SA XD9.

I want to shoot them together to see if I can claim one as being better than the other.

But if you are considering a Glock 19 - Do It!

    Glock19Girl - You were right!!

Now, time to find the perfect holster for it.

    Just a thought ...

    God bless!!

I own a G19 great gun. B.O.G.O.F I'd do that 2 might be better then 1. The Glock 19 is a very good gun. Holds as many 9mm rounds as my beloveth Beretta 92sf lighter and shoots almost as smooth. More Concealable and just as accurate. Buy a G19 you may not need the others snubies, or mouse guns.

lol so it probably wouldnt matter if i printed no one is
    looking for a gun.

seriously the crossbreed was one of my best purchases.
i usually wear a stylish looking vest or sweater over it.

i have one owb i think its a blackhawk and everything
has to be long and baggy or it shows through.

My son keeps talking about the Beretta 92FS.
I just got the Glock and had a SA XD9 for 2 years now.
I will relay to him what you said.
Not that it will help - he is young (21 YOA) - and he is male!
In the decision making world - that is 2 strikes against you right there!!

    Thanks.

    God bless!!

    Thanks!

Where I got my G19 (little town of Lincoln Falls, Pa near the just as little town of Estelle, Pa, near the just as small or close to it town of Forksville, Pa - Sullivan County!) he does have some G19 Gen 4s for around $532 I believe.

When the time comes if you want his # I will send it along.

    Thanks again.
