Glock .40 High Cap Mags.

Anybody have any experience with the KCI .40 Caliber 31 Round mag? For $20 it seems like a neat thing to have when at the range, if anything it's an attention getter and a convo starter.

For 15 more bucks you can get factory Glock 22rnd mags from CDNN, and they work. I'm not a fan of aftermarket mags as they are hit and miss.

i would go with the factory glock version myself. kci are made in korea and have reliability issues not to mention they are not drop free mags. bite the bullet, spend the $, get the real deal you will be happier.

i've read mixed reviews in regards to the korean glock mags but mostly what i've read has been positive. for 20 bucks it doesn't hurt to try one out and see if it works.

You've probally wasted $20 on worse things I heard the same postive things about korean mags but also agree after market mags are usually ify but $20 who cares buy 1 not ten to see how it works and give us some feed back

I own 20, yes 20, KCI Glock 19 magazines. Never a single issue with any of them. And, I've put hundreds of rounds through each of them. Also, they are drop free magazines.

Now, KHAN, they're another story. They are NOT drop free magazines. They have horrible feeding issues and their springs are crap.

Like everyone else has said, buy one and see how you like it. I personally don't regret buying the KCI magazines I have. If you save $15 - $20 and it works good, win.

I agree with everything pretty much everyone has said here. The KCI may make for a fun range toy, but I definitely wouldn't rely on it otherwise.

Stick with Glock mags, the asian mags are crap. They have issues when they are not the standard size mags.
