Going to need more info. If all the charges were Nolle Prossed or Withdraw and the PFA expired you should ok unless you have other convictions on your record that make you a prohibited person. You would be a prohibited person if you have been convicted of an M1 or higher. If you're not sue if you're prohibited go to this link:

    http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal...cord_Check.pdf

Download the form fill it out and also check the Access and Review box at the bottom. Also include a money order in the amount of $10.00. It takes about 3 weeks to get it back from PSP. It will list your entire criminal history in PA. Also by checking the access and review box they will also include a challenge form so you can challenge any information you may feel is inaccurate.

You can do it online now in 5 minutes, and pay the $10 via credit card.

stolen from the apple store.. i bought one of the computers that was stolen from there broken and repaired it and resold it at the apple store .. i met the guy at the store they checked the serial number and said everything is fine with it but 2 months later he took it back to the store and they took it and had his escorted out of the store so he called the local police and i guess the detective was trying to make a major bust..
