Supremes to Review Citizenship Arguments (Barack Obama)
https://shop.wnd.com/store/item2559....b3c844aa7c795&
A case that challenges President-elect Barack Obama's name on
the 2008 election ballot citing questions over
his citizenship has been scheduled for a "conference" at the
U.S. Supreme Court on December 5 - this Friday!
Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they
review cases and decide which ones to accept
for formal review. If only four of the nine justices vote to
hear the case in full, oral arguments may be
scheduled.Peace, Prosperity, and Liberty

That web site has to be one of the greatest money making ideas ever. Send us 10 bucks and we'll send the court a letter for you.
Brilliant.

Re: Supremes to Review Citizenship Arguments (Barack Obama)
Screw that!!!
Their McCain/Palin bumper stickers are on sale for 1$ each (regular 5.95)!!!
I'm stocking up before there is a shortage!
Conversely, we could go to "group purchases", chip in on a FedEx overnight envelope, and use our savings to buy direct.
Everybody overnight me 9$, and I'll stuff your letter! That's a savings of ONE DOLLAR, with which you can buy a McCain/Palin bumper sticker!!!

Re: Supremes to Review Citizenship Arguments (Barack Obama)
This is the case of Donofrio v. Wells (NJ) and it is scheduled for SCOTUS conference 12/5.
This case raises very cogent arguments that transcends the place of birth/birth certificate issue. In particular it raises, inter alia, the issue that O was born a British subject since his father was a Kenyan (part of British Empire at the time) and further treatises and Federal court decisions indicate that a person who has 'alligence' to another country at birth cannot be a natural borne citizen.
You can get more info at http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/ .
You would also be surprised how this and a similar case from CT has been tampered with at the SCOTUS clerk level.
Tin foil hat wearers to the contrary, this case has gained traction and may very well be at the forefront in bringing the issue to light.

Re: Supremes to Review Citizenship Arguments (Barack Obama)
I've been following this case on freerepublic.com. Very interesting.
Not only is his natural born status being questioned, but also:
His mother reportedly gave up his US citizenship when she re-married and moved to Indonesia. He had to be indonesian to attend school in Jakarta, and he even refers to himself as a little Jakarta street thug in one of his books.
He attended school and was registered as a Muslim (religion-Islam), although he says he has never been a Muslim.
He returned to US soil before age 18, and, supposedly, his mother never applied for his US citizenship, or swore his allegiance to the US , which she could do on his behalf prior to his 18th birthday.
Also, he supposedly traveled to Pakistan in 1981, when no US citizens were given travel rights, so, what country was his passport from?
He could very likely be an illegal alien.
He is NOT, however, president-elect, until the Electral College says he is. He is simply MR. Obama, since, I believe, he already relinquished his senate seat?
These issues are all pending before SCOTUS in a suit filed by Alan Keyes, and the Independent Party in California.
Phil berg's suit was initially "set aside" as he could not show any loss.
Alan Keyes, who ran for president, has not got that problem, nor does the indepenent Party, nor does any citizen of this country for that matter, especially the people that actually sent money for his run for the office, a run for which he was not eligible to do, and , knowing this, frauded countless Americans.
