well i bought this old parker bros 12 gauge for resale..
figured i'd show it off first.
does this look refinished to you guys?

Do you have an FFL? Because if not then I think you should not be buying and selling guns for profit.

Doesnt need an FFL for occasional sales that make a profit. ATF needs to show a pattern of behavior that would indicate someone is running a business dealing in Firearms. How many people cashed in during the latest scare on firearms for the last 6 mos and sold their $300 WASR for three times as much ? That doesnt mean they were " in business"Si vis pacem, para bellum

yeah the price ended up being free... so i think i'll make out.
came from a good friend.
yeah i knew about the occasional selling of firearms..
i started to take that as an attack on me - yikes!
i really wanted to keep it, but a flooded basement is gonna force me to sell it.
grrr...
