Central PA group shoot 2 2016.

Second central PA shoot will be Saturday September 17, 2016 at Blue Rock Sportsman's Club in Milroy PA. Same location as last year gentlemen. We had a really good time at this last year, despite the horrible weather we had. This is definitely a central PA location, it's almost exactly dead center in the state and should be doable for lots of members.

As was last year this is open to all pafoa members and their families. There will be a 5 dollar range fee for the day.

8. Turn left onto Old US Hwy 322
9. Keep right to continue on Hill St
10. Turn right onto Sigler St
11. Continue onto S Main St
12. Turn right to stay on S Main St
13. Continue onto Naginey Rd
14. Continue onto Honey Creek Rd
15. Honey Creek Rd turns slightly left and becomes Locke Mills Rd
16. Turn right onto New Lancaster Valley Rd
17. Arrive at location: 458 New Lancaster

Rules from last years shoot, we'll be running this exactly the same this year.

Rules

We will be following basic range safety rules for this shoot. We'll have a brief safety briefing before the shoot to cover this. Please remember all firearms not on the line should be unloaded with actions open/chamber empty. Carried firearms will be the exception. Please leave all carried firearms in their holsters during the shoot. Eye and ear protection will be required for all participants while on the range. If you forget yours or need some let me know, I'll bring extras. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The club is not going to be completely reserved for our group. We will be sharing with other club members. Please use proper range etiquette and be patient during cease fires. This is a plinking/social event and not a competitive one. Please be ready for a nice relaxing day at the range with new friends.

Since this isn't going to be a closed range for us I'm asking that we don't bring any Full Auto toys to this event. All other rifles, pistols, shotguns including your SBR's/SBS's and suppressed items are fine and encouraged.
