Yes.

The only thing people should be careful of is steel shot in older(post-20's to pre-80's) shotguns. In really really older shotguns other things must be considered.

You can shoot slugs too.

I have a Savage/Stevens 411 sxs 12ga. modified right barrel / full left barrel double trigger. i would avoid shooting slugs out of the full barrel.
