Re: ATF Home Visit
That's the end of the story. I showed them the paperwork of the trade in and the paperwork of the sales receipt from where I bought it from. I literally had the gun for less than 6 months I bought June 17 2017 and traded it in Oct 30 2017. They didn't force my to show them any of my guns or anything they only asked about that specific gun from the shut down store. As I didn't have it I couldn't show them anything.

Re: ATF Home Visit
Was it a normal two-way conversation? In other words, if you asked a question you got an answer?
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Re: ATF Home Visit
Yeah they were being pretty nice and were respectful and all. It just really shook me. I didn't really ask any questions. I only asked them to tell me why that specific gun and then they gave me the story of not being able to read the serial number on the paperwork. They said it was " standard procedure" to check up on guns from shut down shops if they weren't able to read serial numbers on the paperwork for "verification" purposes.
