    If you feel like spending the money, you can file an appeal in Common Pleas, and allege a "constructive denial". Ask for a writ of mandamus, demand a decision (you probably can't get an order to issue the license, but you can get an order for the sheriff to make a decision.)

    Perhaps they approved mine before your sons to shut me up, lol

    I've been up there and calling several times pressing the issue of their illegal activities...

    I'm heading up there next week to pick up my license and ask them to explain some misinformation they send out to approved people.

    To all those who favor the county-by-county LTCF system this is one of many abuses taking place. While it has its good parts, like the Westmoreland County van for example, it has abuses too.
