Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
I'm working about a mile away. It doesn't sound worth stopping in. The guys are assholes huh? Might be worth the entertainment over lunch

Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
Apparently the shop had an officer involved shooting early this morning. Way before regular hours...
I'm sorry to hear this. I've always had generally good experiences there and I think the gunsmithing work is solid overall.

The shop located in Palmyra is closing.

“Due to the changing climate of the gun industry and the desire to slow down, we have decided to close the retail location of Horseshoe Pike Gun Shop by early December.”Let's not forget there are still species of tropical penguins living in the Galapagos.

Re: Horseshoe Pike Gun shop
I saw a store closing sign when I drove past yesterday. Sorry to see it. The shop has had a hard few years - Police Shooting, murder in the apartment above the shop, changing locations and then a break in and theft - that I'm sure left a bad taste in the owners mouth.
I know people on here have their gripes about the shop but my experiences with Jim as a gunsmith and with sales have always been fairly positive.
