they're all on here (https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/S.../OfficeResults) if you burrow into the Elections menu.

8th shows 97%+ reporting
18 and 58th both show 0% (but 58th has ~7000 votes tallied?)

18th is the one the Dems are touting as a "bellweather" for 2020, so hopefully no shenanigans are going on there.

I was following this closely in our area as it appears Tomlinson won and the dems were pushing this election real hard and they were certain they had this one.

Btw, check her out online..she's real nice to look at too..
