    MCS Combative Pistol

    2/3 MAY 2009 Quakertown PA
    Cost $250 if registered by 20APR09, after 20APR09 the course is $299

    MCS Combative Pistol is not a learn to shoot course, it is intended to train you to survive realistic threats and concentrates on the fight not the gun.


    The role of the combative pistol
    Review of marksmanship fundamentals
    The role of open hand combatives in defensive pistol craft
    Deploying the pistol while standing, sitting and the ground
    Weapon retention in and out of the holster
    Dealing with multiple threats
    Stairwells
    Vehicle tactics

    Equipment requirements-
    Eye protection
    Hearing protection
    Mouthpiece
    Semi auto pistol or revolver w/ 3 spare mags / speedloaders / speedstrips
    Strong side belt holster
    Mag pouch
    Blue Gun/training barrel
    300 rounds of ammo
