Open Carry In State Park

CC and OC are both legal in State Parks. Reference the Pa UFA.

By letter of the law - yes. However the DNCR isn't recognizing the change so you'll likely be cited. Which, a local magistrate could convict you of the charge. Possibly even the county's judge in the Court of Common Pleas as well.

Unless you want a legal fight, I'd cautiously OC in state parks. Until this is resolved folks might want to consider not openly carrying in the parks.

If you're CC'ing how can anyone give you a hard time? Legally, absolutely not.

Sorry, I may have miss-read your initial post too.

CC with a LTCF has been legal for quite some time.

OC is the topic of discussion. Which just recently has had a change in policy.
