    Weapon Shield grease on the rails, then Weapon Shield oil on the rest.So far on my Les Baer 1911 ( my tightest gun ), it runs like an ice cube sliding across a sheet of glass..!! And no failures to speak of.

    I don't even use oil, any longer. My grease gun is a short, hyperdermic horse needle on a 30cc syringe. Works great.
    BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
