Philly zoo - cc poll

I just returned from the Philly zoo. I Cc'd all day long, there were no issues. I checked the Internet for about an hour last night and couldnt find anything prohibiting it. At the entrance there were no signs. If the zoo is actually located in fairmont park it is still legal to carry in a national park, just not in certain buildings which would be marked with a sign. No philadelphia laws apply since any city laws pertaining to firearms are unconstitutional.

Fairmount park is not a national park, it is a municipal park under management of the Philadelphia department of parks and recreation. I do not mean to be pedantic, but it is to be noted.

looked through a couple older posts and on the zoo website. still looks like CC is no problem? just wondering if anyone has been down there this year at all and if anything has changed (metal detectors, wanding, etc.) plan on taking the kids down this weekend.

Considering you have to drive through the zoo to get to the zoo, I always carried. I never saw any signs either, so that's good enough for me to continue carrying.

Yeah, West Philly isn't safe. However, I would never carry where prohibited to do so.
