Ran to the Mason Dixon Gun Show today & picked up 60 rounds of TulAmmo, 300 rounds of 5.56 M193, a picatinny quad rail & covers for 1 of my AR's, another 30 round AK mag, and some cleaning crap. The TulAmmo is 7.62x39. I've never used it before, I'm curious to see if its any good.

Has anyone heard anything about M193 quality issues? RGuns has a disclaimer stating they won't honor warranties on guns that are damaged with M193 ammo.

I've never heard of M193 issues before. I remember about a year ago I heard of 2 kaboom stories of 2 separate events right around the same time on AR15 though. I can't remember the manufacturer though.

However, someone did do a test of 2 identical ARs, one was fed brass ammo while the other steel case stuff. The AR fed with straight up steel case ammo have faster/more severe throat wear. I forget the round count, but I am sure it was over 10K.

Great, thanks for the info. It was nice to actually find some 5.56 in stock.

I really couldn't afford to buy this, but I was able to trade some guns plus a little cash to finally nail one of my grail pieces, a Winchester 9422 standard model!
Nearly 100% with one of the most beautiful pieces of walnut I've ever seen on a "standard" model rifle. Built in 1976. The Redfield 4X .22 Riflescope was a bonus! They do not make them like this anymore.

Very nice. I had an old Fieldmaster 572 pump I sold for $100 years ago. Man I wish I'd kept it.

Finally picked up one of these from Cabelas last night. It was in the Bargain Cave for $20.

Picked up 2 mil surps in the last few days. I ordered the Mosin Nagant from J&G Sales a few weeks back and picked it up at the LGS on Friday. It's a 1942 Izhevsk and it's in very nice condition. I spent about 3 hours on Friday breaking it down and going through the cosmoline removal and then put it back together yesterday. The one I just got is the one on the right in the picture. The other is a 1933 Hex Izhevsk that I got right before New Years.

Today I met up for PAFOA Member AJ C-burg and purchased the 1939 Nagant revolver and the ammo. I've been looking for one of these and AJ contacted me and was nice enough to make the 2hr drive to meet up and complete the transaction. Can't wait to get out and fire both of my new "toys".

So, I went a little crazy and picked up a full auto MP5 for $10k, and 115 MP5 30 round mags at $85 a piece, plus some other accessories.

I also picked up a P90 w/ a surefire flashlight and a EOLAD (Eotech infrared Laser Aiming Device).

Can't wait to go shoot them!

    Yay!

Haha, I wish. These are some of my friends toys. I knew you guys would enjoy them. He also has a pretty sick Hummer H1. I've been trying to trade him my BMW for a day or two, but so far, no luck.
