Two cities ban concealed carry outright by ordinance.
The Lehigh Valley has some wonderful properties for sale.

That being said, I wonder if you can get some momentum for a preemption ban bill in the CT senate?

Last year DPS "sponsored" a bill to make OC outright illegal.

I have a CT non resident LTCF. I stay concealed when I am up there. No OC whatsoever. Not willing to put up with any hassle. I am vigilant for signs and ordinances. It is a tough place to carry, but not impossible though.

Well, what do you expect? If the cops can't get the legislature to enact the laws they want, it's up to them to twist the existing laws so they can subjugate the peons. Anything less would just be lazy.

Good point. I recall that statements I read were from a woman. It may have been Ann Milgram, who is not the current one. But the current AG, Paula Dow is also a Democrat, who initially had been appointed by McGreevey for a position in the recent past. I'll have to do some more digging...

I belive CT and NJ are pretty solid blue states if I am not mistaken. People like that seem to have a problem unless they relate to rights of special intrests like minorities, illegal immigrants or homosexuals.
