But if I already have a PA LTCF then that is not an issue. But getting the VA adds states to the PA.

Re: VA non-resident carry license to be changed to resident only by AG
There is a republican governor. There is a republican legislature in the state. both seem to be pro gun. Here is my question. Could they pass a law that says PA will honor any out of state permit or permits from certain states?
If they can they need to do it to show that "lady" we dont take our rights being treaded on.
I hope they call it the KANE RULE.I offer discounts on freeze dried foods, knives and other prepping products.

I'm actually leaning toward an Arizona permit. Seems to add a lot of states except Ohio.

Re: VA non-resident carry license to be changed to resident only by AG
It is a good deal and gives you a few more states than Pennsylvania does, and is relatively inexpensive compared to most other nonresident permits available. I used my New Hampshire permit in Alabama a few years back on vacation, but the New Hampshire renewal price in now $100.
...and they have a plan...

They also need to force the idiot into doing what her office is required to do, such as:
http://amgoa.org/Pennsylvania-Gun-Laws
Under: §6109. - Licenses.
k. "Reciprocity".--
The Attorney General shall have the power and duty to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states providing for the mutual recognition of a license to carry a firearm issued by the Commonwealth and a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by the other state. To carry out this duty, the Attorney General is authorized to negotiate reciprocity agreements and grant recognition of a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by another state.
m. "Inquiries".--
The Attorney General shall, not later than one year after the effective date of this subsection and not less than once annually, contact in writing the appropriate authorities in any other state which does not have a current reciprocity agreement with the Commonwealth to determine if:
the state will negotiate a reciprocity agreement;
a licensee may carry a concealed firearm in the state; or
a licensee may apply for a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by the state.
Everything I've read points to getting more reciprocity, not less.
