But if I already have a PA LTCF then that is not an issue. But getting the VA adds states to the PA.

Yes, but one consideration is that Delaware is revoking reciprocity with Virginia effective Dec. 7, 2013.

There is a republican governor. There is a republican legislature in the state. both seem to be pro gun. Here is my question. Could they pass a law that says PA will honor any out of state permit or permits from certain states?

If they can they need to do it to show that "lady" we dont take our rights being treaded on.

I hope they call it the KANE RULE.

I'm actually leaning toward an Arizona permit. Seems to add a lot of states except Ohio.

Unfortunately, there is no recall in PA. Only the legislature can remove an elected official. I went to the criminal Senator Mellow's office to discuss getting recall in PA, I was practically laughed out of the office.

Just every 4 years I believe for AG, but the state legislature should be able to curb some of her power. They really need to do some things about this crap she is pulling with permits.

It is a good deal and gives you a few more states than Pennsylvania does, and is relatively inexpensive compared to most other nonresident permits available. I used my New Hampshire permit in Alabama a few years back on vacation, but the New Hampshire renewal price in now $100.
    ...and they have a plan...

They also need to force the idiot into doing what her office is required to do, such as:

    http://amgoa.org/Pennsylvania-Gun-Laws
    Under: §6109. - Licenses.

    k. "Reciprocity".--
The Attorney General shall have the power and duty to enter into reciprocity agreements with other states providing for the mutual recognition of a license to carry a firearm issued by the Commonwealth and a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by the other state. To carry out this duty, the Attorney General is authorized to negotiate reciprocity agreements and grant recognition of a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by another state.
    Also under the same title:

    m. "Inquiries".--
The Attorney General shall, not later than one year after the effective date of this subsection and not less than once annually, contact in writing the appropriate authorities in any other state which does not have a current reciprocity agreement with the Commonwealth to determine if:

    the state will negotiate a reciprocity agreement;

a licensee may carry a concealed firearm in the state; or

a licensee may apply for a license or permit to carry a firearm issued by the state.
The way that reads to me is she is required annually to attempt to enter into agreements with states with which we don't have one with yet.

Everything I've read points to getting more reciprocity, not less.
