That is awesome, and I do appreciate you sticking your neck out for a fellow member of PAFOA.

    Thank you.

No word, yet. Maybe they went under? The credit union says it could take more than 30 days for them to complete their process. I hate losing three hundred bucks!

You said that they did hit the card correct? Can you do a dispute with the credit card and have them yank the funds back? I have had customers do it to me before, it does not appear to be a hard thing to do..... from my point of view, its much to easy for the customer to get both the product and his money back.

The credit union is working on it, but it takes them a while. It's not nearly as straightforward as it was when I had to dispute a charge on American Express.

yeah, I only use one CC to ever buy anthing online. Its a mastercard and I just click on a dispute icon to dispute a charge. They work it out REAL QUICK. usually the burden lays with the retailer.

hope it works out for you

LOL... Thanks Legion Prime. I try to live by an internal compass that had been calibrated by a father that is unbelievably perfect in nature. I will never live up to his standards of what a good man should be. If you ever meet him, do me a favor and tell him I do try!!

Great. Now, Sherluk is giving me problems. I just can't seem to get AR parts, any more.

Can anyone else get to sherluk.com? Their phone is always busy, and the web site is down. I placed an order on Friday, and haven't received any confirmation of the order, as yet.
