    Thank you, thank you thank you. My Taurus PT1911 slingshots while my Kimber Eclipse does not. I couldnt figure out which one was messed up.

    The Eclipse should... I don't think Kimber ships buffs in any of their pistols...never that I've seen.

    I bought my Kimber used and there is a buffer on it for sure. I always assumed it was stock......guess not.
