Only thing thats really kept me away is the lack of a real RELIABLE hi cap magazine...if I want a carbine it better have 25+ rounds available minimum . like the gun..HATE that with as many of them as there are and as cheap as they are that no one yet makes a RELIABLE 25-30 round mag for it yet...I think id save my $$ and hold out for the Kel Tec 2000 that takes the Glock hi Cap mags.

be warned
Pro mags void HP warranty.
Also, I hear if you have the 45 acp version that you can use pro mags 1911 25 round drum mag in it. .... I'm sure that voids warranty to though probably.
to answer your next question, because the mags put stress on certain features of the gun and can damage them. Thats what happened to mine when I sent it in. From then on out I ran only factory mags and it ran like a top.[account deactivated]
