No, that would work, got a recommendation?

And just to clarify, looking for non-HD stealerships. I would just go to Barb's if I wanted to pay $250 for a tire change.

Not to bust your stones or anything, but $250 for a tire change? Pull the tires and head on down to the nearest cycle shop, and plop them back on yourself. Heck, only hard thing about tire mounting is balancing.

Torque specs can be found online, and HF has 1/2 decent torque wrenches.

what are those wheels made out of anyhow? $1100 for just wheels is a heck of a lot, unless you bought brand new OEM wheels and tires... that I could kinda believe. Sorta. We put nice new(ish) wheels on my dad's sportster for about $200.

But hey, they could be really awesome wheels

Now I just was thinking, did you buy wheels that need bearings and a sprocket put in / on?

New wheels, tires, wheel installation kits (bearings, etc.) and new floating front rotor is the parts. Wheels were the cheapest alloy wheels I could find (and they're HD brand). All third party decent wheels were $900 a piece and up!!!

    Wire wheels are much cheaper.

These are what I got for $360/each. (retail was $450).
