Re: S&W 66-1
I’d have been tempted at 6 and a buyer at 5. I'm 67 and have too many Smith revolvers now. I should be selling and not buying.

Re: S&W 66-1
My astonishment that Cruzans actually did NOT buy a gun was shortlived.

It is a shiny gun, and its cruzans. Sooner or later it would've wound up in his collection regardless.

Re: S&W 66-1
I seen a 66-2 I believe yesterday on my local shop trip, 2.5* like yours and it was 950.00, condition was very good. You did good on that deal if it*s something you wanted.
Today was a good day!

Nice piece and about $200.00 less than I sold the last one I had in the shop for. Good work.

Sadly it was a consignment piece or I would have probably got a little more off the price! Can't resist a sexy S&W snub or a Colt.........................Now to search for an original box at a decent price - hard to find. For now, I have some new plastic S&W cases I keep on hand to put her in.
