I would suggest you follow their demands if you are not learned in the art of legal warfare, have money and time to spare (if it came to that).

If you simply want your LTCF and no trouble, just follow the line.

If you are sickened by the PPD's illegal actions and want to actively stand up against them, I suggest we all spend some time chatting about the specifics, concerns and what you might encounter so you have a bright picture of what it will include.

To answer you question: To my knowledge (I've been asking FOR YEARS for ONE person to speak up), no one has EVER stood up to the PPD and been denied for simply applying under the only requirements set forth by state law.
