We do need PAFOA nametags. We were there from about Lunch time for a good few hours probably. Spent a lot of time looking at Revolvers and Pocket-size smi-automatics.
Yeah it's a great shop. Huge selection helps too.
My Taurus was sold to me at the lowest online price I could find, and the revolver is in nearly perfect condition.

Re: Tanners in Bucks Co.
Tanner's is a bit of a haul for me.
That being said it's a drive I gladly take without hesitation.
I met up with another PAFOAer a while back. The plan was to do some browsing and talk guns. Imagine my surprise as I kept eyeing the Beretta CX4 that was driving home with me. The price was too good to pass up.
I've been eager to get back there but I'm afraid of what may happen

Re: Tanners in Bucks Co.
whist at tanners, I often find myself wondering if who's standing there is some of you guys on the forum. Let's see if we can start getting Ray Jr. to start adding PAFOA handles to consignment tags :-) (j/k)
Someone traded in a used TRP yesterday ... I think I'm going back up there to throw some money down."More is lost through indecision than wrong decision"

Re: Tanners in Bucks Co.
Made the hour and change haul to Tanner's today after hearing about them on another post and seeing their gunbroker page. Had the intention of trading in a gun and seeing what I could get to replace it.
I have to say, this is the best firearms store I've been in since I moved to PA a couple months ago and started canvasing gun shops. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The selection is wide and varied, and the prices are great. Walked out with a new Beretta 92FS and a SAA.
Despite the long drive, they're my new go-to store. Great visit all around.

I ordered an HK45C there a week and a half ago. The guy behind the counter shared my enthusiasm for the model and we were talking about the quirks of the design and like matters. I could have gotten it for $945 from budsgunshop.com, had it been anyplace but Tanner's, I would have ordered offline.

Re: Tanners in Bucks Co.
Had to see a client in Newtown today, so I stopped at Tanner's on the way home. Picked up a gorgeous vintage S&W Model 37 Airweight revolver. As always, Andy treated me like family.
Saw a wonderful GP100 in stainless and a rare Ruger Security Six in 6" barrel variant with target grips, also in stainless. If either had been $50 less than the $399 tagged price, I'd have gone home with one of THEM, too.
