I carried Eldorado Starfire 230 JHP for years, till they discontinued it.
I'm currently carrying some fairly old Federal Classic Hi-Shock, 230 JHP.
Not sure what I'll go to when I rotate through that.

I usually carry a Para Ord. LDA Para Carry 3".
First mag holds 6 +1, then it's on to the Chip McCormick 8 rounders, which feed 100%.

I got a deal on some bulk Remington Golden Sabers 230gr BJHP that I reload as +P's. They are very accurate, and expansion is excellent. I have used them for a few years now. After they are a year or so old I shoot them up and reload some new ones.
