Re: double action
It seems to have closed. Here is a quote from their facebook page.
To all my loyal customers. The range is closed until further notice. This was not my choice. I cant say what is going on right now, but I will when I am allowed to explain. It has been my pleasue the past 20 years and thank you for all your support over the years. It is truly a sad day for me and the gang.......

Re: double action
Just talked with my friend in Collingdale and she said she went there this morning and it was closed so I guess that's it. She said there had been a bunch of guns stolen from them a while back, not sure how long ago but she believes it was inside job. It wasn't the best range I've ever been to but good enough. The guy that ran it was a pretty decent guy. Not too many ranges in that neighborhood, he was the only one.

Re: double action
I highly doubt it was an inside job. All the people working there are good dudes. If I HAD to guess it would be something about straw purchases. Not that they have been named but on the front page of delco times I’ve seen a lot of articles about delco straw purchase busts lately. Anyway, it def sucks, that was like the only range somewhat close to my house. I don’t know where to go now

Re: double action
Someone told me there was new owners and it was being remodeled. Don't know if it is true or not. Just what I heard.

Re: double action
Hope your right. If it wasn’t for that place I would never get to shoot. They don’t have a bunch of dumb rules either.

Re: double action
Was talking with a guy who seems to be in the know. He said that the building was sold and the new owner wants to go into the business so he booted the operator out and intends to reopen. I did not catch a time line on it.

Re: double action
Its close enough to my house. But I won’t shoot anyplace that won’t let me bring my own new, brass, in box ammo. If you force me to buy your ammo to shoot, I am out.
Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.
