Good letter. I had hoped to watch this and am disappointed to learn that I cannot. Hope that those in attendance will video it (if that is allowed). Not sure anymore. Calling the Council out on this was a great move. Pittsburgh is digging a hole and digging it deeper with each new move they make.

If a couple could get there early and scout out the other entrances to see if the opposition is let in early to fill the room, please do so. It isn't beyond reason that they would attempt to fill it with anti-gun persons before they open the doors for you guys to get in. Since the room has a capacity of 200, it would be very easy for them to fill it, and shut the rest of you out.
Video tape everything that seems odd. Even if one or two could hang out in the lobby to see if it starts filling early.Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

If they do pull that, would there be an issue with speaking...then leaving the room to allow another speaker to enter...thwarting their "oops, we're at capacity" tactic? Or, do they lock the doors when the meeting starts.
If you're on the schedule to speak already, I don't see how they can disallow you from entering. They may try with the capacity angle, but if you guys rotate in, that should...SHOULD...combat that.
Don't back down, guys. If you're signed up to speak, don't leave until you do.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Great advice. That is how one of the lefty California Universities denied meaningful free speech to a conservative speaker on campus. Ostensibly, they let the speaker talk (over the catcalls and protests) so they honored "free speech" in a meaningless way. The University let all the lefties in early. They let few conservatives in but barred the rest. The lefties behaved badly and then in a staged protest, walked out. The University did not let any other students in to take the empty seats. This is exactly the sort of tactic I would expect the "tolerant" antis to conspire with City officials to achieve.
