So why do people cry over their 2nd Amendment right being violated by the US government? Vendors at some backwater gun show apparently do it already.

Technically they aren't. The FFL is arbitrarily free to exclude those sales he or she feel are not in the best interest. Those to whom the FFL has refused to sell to are free to go to someone else who might. However, if those seeking to acquire a firearm are disbarred from doing so or are attempting violate federal or state law by doing so, they may be in a world of trouble if they find someone who WILL. This one of the reasons FFLs exclude certain persons or groups. The percentage of "straw purchases", trace-backs and investigations by ATF enforcement or the AGs office are just to damn high to make the sale to these demographics and persons worthwhile.

I would expect an increase in vigilance on the part of the vendors this time around. If there is a repeat the offending vendor should not be allowed back.
