Re: Franklin Armory Introduces Short Barrel 'Firearm'
Yeah, with all these ridiculous legal grey areas, Im surprised that a lot of people haven't been wrongfully arrested yet.
Id really like the whole SBR thing to go away though.
What do they care of you put a stock on a pistol?
You'd think law enforcement would like people making pistols more difficult to conceal.
And as much as I would like to see the whole suppressor issue be a non NFA item, I think it would be easier to argue and overturn the Short Barrel rifle laws first."One must be a fox to recognize traps, and a lion to frighten wolves” ~ Machiavelli

Re: Franklin Armory Introduces Short Barrel 'Firearm'
My SBR as configured with collapsible Magpul CTR stock(extended for measurement) and 12.5" barrel is ~30.25 inches. I approximated because I'm not about to break the muzzle device off.
I had that "A HA" moment when I heard about the "not a shotgun" shockwave and black aces thingy.....but I'm not getting this one"It seems that the Constitution is more or less guidelines than actual rules"

I suspect this is a 410 shotgun.

The real question is can you buy one used person to person in PA?
