I was there today also. Last week there was no discount. Even after the discount the prices are still very high.

Did not stop in yet but drove by the York store this weekend and it had a big STORE CLOSING banner.

ALL Gander Mountain stores will close. The stores that the new CEO decides to keep will reopen in the fall under the name "Gander Outdoors" after renovations and with new inventory.

The store closing banner is a marketing gimmick by the liquidators that bought the current inventory and will have nothing to do with the new company going forward.

Yeah... and I just bought a pair of gun bash tickets from Path Valley EMS and they have a $500 Gander gift card as 2nd prize. I wonder if they will find a replacement prize.

I was really looking forward to getting $300 worth of ammo with the $500 gift card.

I'm going to the one in Washington in the next few days.
My primary reason is to see if the clothes display hangers have come down in price.
Even they were high last time I went there.
I need 2 for camp and one for my garage.
