    Get the charges filed for the stolen gun. If it shows up then they can be dismissed. No more promising gun or else, not tomorrow, next week, before breakfast.

    Exactly. You've been more than patient. Take an hour and file the report with your local PD or the PSP.

    Why didn't you report it stolen? You said the they were going to file charges.
    Still nags me this has been going so long. This asshole is not that far from you. I would have be in his grill a year ago.

    That was the original plan. My local PD spoke with Somerset County DA and they didn't want nothing to do with it. The report is filed through them and they tried calling him but their hands are tied at this point. I called a police department in the area that dealt with him in the past and they said he moved. Other than taking him to court or calling clearfield PSP I don't have many options.

    I followed this thread from day one... and I'm starting to think you are pulling our legs.. NO WAY would I or could I be so calm about an issue like this.. I would lose my shit over a $50 item let a lone a firearm costing hundreds of dollars!!!
