I bought mine used from gunamerica.com from a dealer in Indiana called Big Daddy Guns N More for about $380. Note that Ruger discontinued these carbines back in 2006 but you can still find magazine being sold for them on places like eBay and Amazon.
I am sure you can find a PC9 being sold on there if you look hard enough.

Sadly, because these carbines are a small handful of "legal" rifles to own in NY given the asinine SAFE Act, the sellers are marking up the prices as a result. If I had a choice, I'd buy an AR-15 or a Beretta CX4 Storm, but NY State says I can't have them due to their scary and evil "military" like features.Last edited by RusskyDudesky; September 13th, 2013 at 08:33 PM.
