Yes. Click the link to go directly to the new mfg 9mm fmj page.

Used to be WWB was the best deal anywhere, but then the Federal value packs came out and beat them by a few dollars. That said, I hardly ever see those available, and NOW I don't see ANYTHING available.

I haven't seen any bad reviews for this company, so I figured I'd give them a try.

They should limit the purchase to five boxes per person. That crap gets me f#%*+ing mad !
There should be a 6 box limit. Call to find out why it is not being enforced.

Another reason I never go to Wally World. I stick to my local gun guy - prices fair ( at or slightly above Wally's ) - he limits so everyone has a chance, and always has ammo - heck, picked up some more 223 today - where do you find that !

I think different stores might have different policies. A local Walmart (Kennet Square) use to have a 6 box limit and a sign posted on the ammo case. I went in there about a year ago and noticed they did not have the sign up anymore. I asked if I could buy as much ammo as I wanted and the guy at the counter said he did not know, let me ask". He asked a manager and the manager said they did away with the policy. I'm not positive, but I do not think the sign was ever put back up.

There's no limit to the amount of ground beef I can buy, nor frozen chicken nuggets, Fruit of the Looms, deodorant, cat litter, motor oil, beef jerky, fish food, naughty panties, calendars, televisions, condoms, oranges, trash bags, light bulbs, watches, snow shovels, M&Ms, paint, diapers, furnace filters, seat covers, cell phones, permanent markers, lip gloss, windshield washer fluid, or Scotch tape.

Why then, should there be a limit on ammunition purchased?

From a retailer point of view it makes no sense to turn away money from a paying customer.
From a "WHAAAHHH - it's not FAIR!" point of view though, it makes perfect sense.

Wmart is a business - they aren't there to distribute their merchandise "fairly" - if so, I'd NEVER have to worry that someone else bought ALL the cat litter at the best price in town, leaving me looking at an empty shelf.

DAMNIT! if only they limited cat litter to 2 buckets per person, per day, I wouldn't have to go look elsewhere for it - and pay more.

I'm on a "call list" at my local dealer for .223... when his next shipment arrives, if you commit to buying in quantities of 250 rds or more, he will call you before it goes on the shelf.

I suppose that's not "fair" either.

I don't think they should limit the amount of ammo you can buy but I do wish they would have more in stock. I haven't been to the range in a while because every time I go to Walmart they are out of EVERYTHING, including .22 which is my go to shooting ammo at times like these. If people are shooting all these rounds thats good but if they are hourding hundreds apon hundreds of RANGE ammo well that sucks. Don't get me wrong, I have ammo put away for a rainy day but I feel that some people go a little overboard with the ammo stockpiling and just buy all of it everytime they see it. As much as I love to shoot, I'm not a millionaire and have more important things to spend my money on.

On another note, I wish I could be on a "call list" with Walmart. Then maybe I could enjoy my favorite hobby again.

Back to the Wmart ammo topic - does anyone else write the date/store/price paid on any of their ammo?

I write on anything that I think isn't going to be used up immediately.

Pulling it out of the ammo box a year or two later can give you a chuckle* when you see what you WERE paying for ammo back when you bought it.

It comes in handy for price comparisons too since it's hard to remember the prices paid for multiple calibers.

*or make you sick to your stomach.
