1st Annual Patrol Rifle Challenge
BVRPC Patrol Rifle Challenge
August 7, 2011
9:30 AM Start
Divisions: LEO, military, and civilian
Classifications: Irons only, "Tactical" (red dot, light, sling), magnified, battle rifle (.308), and "other"
Price: $25 per person, 2 and 4 man teams welcome.
The event will consist of 4 stages from 0-300 yards, approximately 150 rounds. No armor piercing or steel core ammunition is allowed. Stages will use more than one magazine.
In addition to the rifle stages, there will be a side stage for handguns only, best time wins a 50/50 pot. Service handguns only, 9mm-.45 ACP. Expect $5 and 20 rounds.

We are slowly getting some small prizes for various things together right now, but we know for sure that the most accurate shooting club member will win a free renewal to their personal membership next year.

i dont have a patrol rifle but i do have an evil assault rifle. can i use that?

You can do that or pay the day of the event. If you are pretty certain on the number of shooters a heads up email would be appreciated.
You sure can. AR, AK, VZ, Aug, FN PS90, or anything else you can think of is ok by us as long as you can operate it safely.
