    I think most guns get above 212 degrees fairly regularly, or at least they should be able to.

    I'm sure they can, just cant think of a time I ever ran a gun at that temperature for a half an hour or more.

    Like I said, just worried about it, not saying anything would happen.

    When you apply cerakote gunkote or duracoat you are baking - cerakote-metal 300 degrees, plastics 180 degrees, duracoat does not require baking but baking at 150 for a couple of hours certainly speeds up the cure time of about a month.
    baking the paint at 150 should not cause any problems. When working with polymers its best to set your temp 15 degrees lower in case your oven temp is not correct or use an accurate thermometer to insure you don't over heat it.
