Another Dillon Customer Service Thread
I bought a Dillon vibratory case cleaner at an auction a few months back for $35. I noticed the threaded stem that holds the lid in place was starting to strip but for the price I couldn't pass on it. I called Dillon to ask for a new stem and they offered a full overhaul if I mailed it to them. This is the largest cleaner they make (2000 series) so I knew it would be at least $40 to mail a 18x18x20 box. We were planning a flight out to AZ to visit my daughter in college so when I realized Dillon is in the Phoenix area I decided to check it onto the flight as luggage (no cost since United allows 2 free bags with military ID). Anyway, I took it to the store and they gave me a brand new unit and even shipped it to me so I didn't have to carry it back here to PA. Now I've got a brand new CV-2001 (retails for $190) and I still only have $35 wrapped up in it. Best part is this thing is only a fraction of the noise of the original model.
