    OK after reading 30 or so pages, I realize im going to need a lawyer to translate this all for me. You would think in today's age of wisdom, we could write a paper like this in such a way the average layman can read it. If there is one think I know about law and the way they are written, it is that they can make some thing sound wonderful even when in plain english it would sound like a disaster plan.

    That judge broke down US v. Miller the RIGHT way. This is an outstanding victory.

    But...the US Supreme court has not upheld this decision yet.

    The US Supreme court has a long history of not taking second amendment cases, which means the district court ruling will probably stand.

    Seriously, this will be great news if this holds up. It's time for people to grow a pair and start defending the Constitution...not manipulating it to suit their agenda.
