    Default Anyone on here currently unable to have a firearm because of a 302?

    Trying to find out if anyone on here has been 302'd like me in a similar situation

    Not that are regulars here but there have been a few pass through. Some have had them taken care of, some are in the process but I don't know who they are/were or where they stand today.

    Eventually we will get to a point in this country where if you told a doctor you were sad once 20 years ago you'll lose your rights... and probably to more than just guns.

    Pilots lose their licenses instantly for getting any mental health help, which is why so many of them are alcoholics.

    I hope the OP is in a good place mentally and doing well, regardless of status as a potential firearm owner.

    Christiana Healthcare had a questionnaire when visiting their doctors that asked about depression. I would tell the intake person I was not answering that, the reason I was there was to see my primary care physician or cardiologist, not a psychiatrist. It was beyond the scope of my visit.
