Re: THIS is why some land owners don't allow hunting
I remember this...
clearly, we need to ban guns!==============
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!”
~Samuel Adams
"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it."
~Thomas Jefferson, 1791

No offense to Pennsylvanians, but what kind of assinine liberal breading ground ya'll running up there? j/k
So now if someone was to shoot me, I can sue their parents for not teaching them gun safety/common sense? Hurry, someone shoot me. I need the money, and I promise PFOA gets $3k.

Its pathetic the girl is sueing a man for an accident so harshly. The lawyers will always find reasons & make cases for people to squeeze some money out of nothing. How easy, a (possibly) single young mother. Though, shame on him for shooting without obviously knowing the how the land and property was set up.

A 7mm Mag for fox? Shoot and field dress in one shot! Sure why not
What a douche bag..."We shoot to stop. ... Unfortunately, death can be a byproduct."

An enemy of liberty is no friend of mine!I do not owe respect to anyone who would enslave me by government force, nor is it wise for such a person to expect it!
Isaiah Ambrey
If you think you have the right not to be offended. I suggest you promptly purchase a toe attachment and a twelve gauge. One time use is all that is necessary.

The Farmer should be totally absolved of any wrongdoing.
The Hunter is responsible for not taking a safe shot.
The lawyers on the other hand.... when is the opener on lawyers...is there a bag limit?
Wetzels comment "the system is going to do is what it is going to do" my sentiments exactly...if I ever get in trouble (knock wood) I don't have the cash to "buy" my way out of it either.
Let's hope for some common sense to reign.
