+1. If you're going to do this on your own, you better make damn sure your modifications are within the law. If you cut that barrel down too short, you're in violation of the NFA for possession of a SBS without a stamp. Not trying to scare you, just make sure you have your i's dotted and t's crossed; don't want to see you make a felon of yourself.

I cut it to 20" .. testing it out. I have most of my parts...have a few more coming. The gun looks totally different.

It was a 25.5" vent ribbed barrel. Sythetic stock replicated in form to the wood style...only all black of course. Standard buttstock, and standard large fore grip. Like I said, other than the stock being synthetic instead of wood, it looked like your standard field/hunting shotgun.

Now. I have pistol fore grip. Pistol rear grip. 8 shot tube extended. Chopped barrel down to 20", muzzle flash compensator thingy on the end, its made by ATI, purely for show. I have a laser mounted on it. I have on the way two clamps. One to clamp the barrel to the mag extender, and the other to clamp a flashlight to the mag extender. the pistol grip and the barrel clamps have places to mount a strap as well. So that will be on it too. I'll take pics later when Ive finished with it.

Sorry for the delay and bad pic. This is without the mag extension. I am selling the 8 shot... the 7 shot is on its way.

You don't want to go there, cause you gotta have enough to loose a few inches, and still be able to work......
