Whos gotem Boys? This will be my next shotgun purchase http://www.benelliusa.com/firearms/m4.tpl

How do they shoot, how do they handle, and how are they built?

Benelli makes an awesome shotgun. I own a Super Black Eagle and can't say enough about their quality. I have destroyed this gun more times than I can count in the swamp (dropped twice, shook out water and shot the rest of the day), grouse woods, and turkey fields. If you looked at it now, you would think that it was NIB.

They use Benellis in Argentina for dove shoots because they average 75-100 boxes of shells per day! You will never shoot one of them to death. They are not cheap, but I think that they are an incredible value for what you get.

Go, go, buy it now!

Benelli's are good shotguns.

However, the only feedback I have any faith in came by word of mouth that Louis Awerbuck was less than impressed with the M4. Not so much an issue with *Benelli* per se, but more so the .mil specifications.

IMHO, when it comes to fighting with a shotgun, Louis has the last word.

The M4 also differs from the other Benelli's in that It is not inertia recoil operated but uses the ARGO gas system with dual self cleaning pistons. This was a stipulation of the Marines(or so I was told). I was told they went with this setup because heavy optics on an inertia gun can change the balance of the gun hence a possiblity of the inertia system failing. The gun still uses the rotating bolt head of the other models. Good luck with your purchase.

M4 Skeletonized Stock
Developed for the Benelli tactical shotgun, adopted by the U.S. Marine Corps, this optional collapsible skeleton stock is ONLY AVAILABLE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. Quick and easy, the stock is length adjustable to three positions with the push of a button.

I agree, why such low capacity, the Benelli site says it is 4+1. For a tactical model, they can kiss my butt!

And at least a little more than a week ago King's Shooters Supply on Church Road in King of Prussia had one in stock.
