Mossberg generally has a smaller end-cap. The forend is somewhat reminiscent of Mossberg and Maybe Winchester 1300 Defender, but it's not quite right and they both use different magazine tube caps. It might be an older Charles Daly, but given only what you've shown, there's no way to be sure or even make a decent guess as both the forend and magazine cap can be switched out for after market or spare parts. The sling loop on the barrel band is odd though.
Honestly, more info on the pic, as in where you got it, the context of your question might help.

Found where it comes from, guys. a manufacturer in Turkey. They work also for Weatherby.
