Default stock removal of moss. 500

What tools do I need to remove the wood stock on my mossberg? can't seem to find instructions on the net. Thanks.

Not sure if this is the same for a wood stock, but my synthetic stock is held on with one 1/2" bolt. All you should need is a socket, an extension and a phillips screw driver to remove the recoil pad. Hope this helps...

My older wood stock has a regular slot screw head in it. Need a long screwdriver.

+1 on the long driver. IIRC it was 6" or more and a large bladed one at that

I've seen both bolts and screws, and like was stated they can be deep in the stock.
