Another good experience at Shyda's today. Went to buy my XDM9 and it was great. Nice price and in and out in about 25 minutes. Next in line the Beretta PX4 Storm but gotta save some money first. Thanks Shyds's.

I live about 10 minutes or so from Shyda's but I've only been in the gun shop once or twice. I usually go there to the clothing barn side for hiking socks and boots or Carhart Jackets. Everyone that I've encountered while there is usually very personable and willing to help.

I've heard that they're ammo prices can get a little pricier than other places and they often are in short supply.

Also bought an XDM9 from Shyda's. Jeff and Jimmy are great! Some of the other guys - not so much.

Good price on the gun. Also had a long conversation about 1911s and Jeff made many recommendations for me and told me why each one costs what it does. Kimber obviously sells at a premium for example. In the end, I went with the XD as I'd spent a lot of time researching them. This shop is almost an hour away, but I'll keep going back.
