i was driving down I78 coming from cabelas yesterday and saw a bill board sign for a place called Eagle Arms. according to the sign they claim to be the largest sellers of military style rifles in PA. i wouldn't mind stopping by but i live near philly and don't want to drive a long distance just to get there and find they really don't have a large selection, their prices are astronomical or their assholes. anyone ever been in there?

Was in there when I was freshly 21 to buy my XD. Got a good price ($395, they were much cheaper then) and had a good time.
Sadly, I was young and dumb and only wanted the pistol. I did not check out the mil-surps

Not a bad shop ... okay selection. If you call them they'll order what you're looking for at a reasonable price. Take 309 to 222 south ... takes about 10 minutes on 222 to get there. I guess the actual address is Breinigsville .. if it ain't you could throw a stone to it from Breinigsville ... if you can get to Dorney, you can get to Eagle

Catch them at a gun show. They run/sponsor many of the gun shows.

Yeah look for them at a gunshow unless you take a day off during the week. They keep banker's hours for the shop. Only open till 4 or 5 M-F. Not one night during the week are they open late for people that work a normal job. They don't get my money.

Thy're not too far from my wife's G'ma. Stopped in a couple of times to look and bought a shoulder rig. My brother-in-law and his cousin have done a decent amount of business through them (handgun purchases and AR transfers) and have had good experiences.

Well if Rick and his brother still run the place it is a fine place, Rick is big into the world war II stuff but they always have a desent selection and they were the first shop i know of in the area that was stocking Wilson Combat pistols, thats where i bought my first CQB, they are stand up guys who will help anyone who needs from what i remember. but they do get wrapped up in the whole gunshow thing to much, and yes their hours suck but when you have their money you can do what you want.
Rick used to have a big shoot on his farm every year dont know if he still does or not, but he would invite about 100 people to his p[lace and have a big BBQ, plus you could shoot your Full auto and silenced guns there.

Great folks. Purchased several weapons from them. Bought a WW2 P-38 from them that was missing an internal part(locking block operating pin). Did not discover it until I was at the range. Took it back and they fixed it no cost.
They also run alot of good local gun shows.
