today ive seen it all !! i went to weavers to do a transfer phil noticed that the gun i was transfering was purchased at american sport shooting and said so you brought this at scum bag's down the street.,so i replied rich isn't a scum bag! he replied "thats what i call a guy that uses one of my employes to steel my busisness ( i think he was refering to joe) at that point i said " phil every one is intiled to his own oppion" his responce was " are you calling me a liar" and i said no i just dont like talking bad about anyone then he lost it!!!! THEN LET HIM DO YOUR BLANKING TRANSFER !!!!! ripped up paper work and thew us out . so we did and all the money i made on the gun i spent at riches new opt. for my riffle and a pd 340 smith . well thank you rick and f---- y-- phil and phill i called all my freinds including some of your big spenders !! i know yhis was long and thanks for reading visit american sport shooting you wont be sorry!!!!!!!!!!

It's one thing to bad mouth your competition to a customer but when you lose that customer's business to your competition then I think it's time to find someone else to manage your store. I would love to know what happened to piss him off that bad.

Phil Definitely is an idiot. Spring of 2007 I bought a bushmaster from him. Three weeks later I went back for two new handguns. He refused to let me open the cylinder on a new revolver. He said It would scratch against the frame and people would not think it is new. Im not buying any gun if I cant work the action. I left and went somewhere else, didnt know american sport shooting at the time. Ive bought five guns since then. Keep driving away business phil.

Phil is Fucken NUTS! I have been dealing with him for a long time. I use to buy from him before I became a dealer. The bad blood between me and him Started the day I opened my shop. The person I thought he was I found out he was not at all - very far from!
I went to Phil before I opened my shop and asked him if he would have a problem with me opening up where I did. He said no not at all I know that we can work together. I had every intention of doing this because at that time I saw Phil as a friend and I had no intention to hurt him. We also had another dealer between the both of us at the time.
Phil had come to the place I Lease and saw the tenant that was renting the lower part of my building when I was not there. He was trying to see if he could get me a better deal on my rent. This is the god’s honest truth. Now keep in mind myself and other people that no longer go into his store use to be at Weavers every weekend for years! We were all friends so we thought.
One by one people didn't want to go to Phil anymore and it was all because of Phil's mouth and lie’s. The biggest problem was his talking about people behind there back as soon as they left his store. People wondered what he said about them when they left.
About 6 months into me being open, Phil's worker Joe come to me and begged me to give him some work because he could not take working with Phil anymore. This man is also Phil's neighbor. I really didn't want to do this for a few reasons. But than Joe quit on Phil and I put him to work a couple days a week. I never did anything more than that to Phil's business.
Joe hasn't worked in my shop for almost a year now. Joe is a good guy and got himself cancer. Phil also made claims of Joe faking that. Oh I bet Joe wish's he was faking lung cancer.
Phil is a wash woman! If he can't find something to complain about he will make something up. All of you that think he is a striate forward tough guy from Brooklyn are being scammed. Phil is a selfish low life back stabbing POS! And the next time he wants to call me a scumbag he should try doing it to my face. Not driving by my shop while I am outside with my back turned. Yes douche bag I am calling you out!!! Put up or shut up! I am tired of this childish BS !
I am sure one of your little ass kissers will bring this to you!

Those of you that know me know that I am no nonsense and I don’t BS. For those of you that don’t I am truly sorry you needed to see this. I am at the end of my rope with dealing with this guy and need to put an end to it. If you are in the business and this area you know what I am talking about.
