Class III transfer
Does anyone know a reliable Class III dealer that will handle the transfer of a suppressor from an out of state FFL? Local to Reading/Kutztown area?
Thanks
Matt

Re: Class III transfer
Kings will only do transfers for new items if they can't get the item to sell to you. So if you want to transfer something that you bought online, and they either sell it in-store, or can get it for you, they will refuse to do the transfer.

I have never used Joe before, but currently have (3) Form 3s pending for items going to him. His website says they are closed due to a fire, but he will still do transfers.

Used him in the past. Good guy to deal with, and he makes some nice HK clones.Last edited by MJH; October 2nd, 2014 at 10:55 AM.

Re: Class III transfer
I tried using your shop for a silencer transfer a year or two before you moved. I was told you wouldn't handle the transfer because you sell the item, although you had no idea when you could get one in stock.
About 2-3 weeks ago, I figured that I would try again. I was interested in using your shop for 3 transfers. Again I was told no because you sell the items, even though these items were not in stock, and the estimated time to be in stock could be anywhere from "4 weeks to 4 months."
I just wanted to confirm that this is your policy, or was I given incorrect info 2x over a period of several years?
